These beer kits come in the latest foil pouch. Each pouch is cold filled using the latest nitrogen technology to provide the ultimate contamination-free products. The low temperature process retains the delicate flavours and aromas traditionally lost during the pasteurisation of cans by prolonged heating and hot filling.

Traditional Series Blonde Lager 4.290 Blonde lager style beer, makes 23 litres. Pours pale gold, with a thin white head. Sweet, fruity aroma, lush apple sauce with a soft hint of pineapple. Soft, light malt flavour with a hint of apple in the finish, very light bitterness with clean, dry aftertaste.	Traditional Series Brown Ale 3.990 Brown ale style beer, makes 23 litres. Pours dark brown, with tan head. Fruit aroma with subtle hints of chocolate. Great mouth feel, rich and fruity with good malt sweetness. Chocolate and fruit aftertaste well balanced with the hop bitterness.
Traditional Series Workingmans Stout 4.490 Export stout style beer, makes 23 litres. Pours dark black, with tan head. Berry fruit aroma, with a touch of coffee and chocolate. Initial sweet malt flavour smooth with full roasted malt character throughout with dark fruits and dark chocolate notes.	Traditional Series Lager 4.790 Lager style beer, makes 23 litres. Pours pale straw, with white head. Clean aroma with subtle hints of vanilla. Light malt flavour, with slight honey notes. Ripe yet dry finish.
Traditional Series Northern Bitter 3.690 Northern Bitter style beer, makes 23 litres. Pours dark amber with red hue. Dark fruit aroma, plums, raisins and very subtle hints of aniseed, nice and earthy. Initial sweet fruit flavours, with a firm bitterness that cleans out nicely to leave a good fruity aftertaste.	Traditional Series Lucky Goat Pale Ale 4.790 Pale ale style beer, makes 23 litres. Pours gold ale, with white head. Pleasant malt aroma with soft fruit undertones.
